You'll see scenes of men in camp, mugging for the camera, disassembling a machine gun, and panoramic views of the hills surrounding camp. Tanks roll through a valley while men observe from above, and distant tanks fire toward a hillside. Aircraft fly overhead, while a large brush fire is burning on the ground. There's a short segment of off-kilter footage filmed through the tank's gun sights -- it looks like they're filming a helicopter.
There is footage of a parade of floats and equipment from the 45th Division, including a float shaped like a mountain with a banner reading "Ready in Peace or War" the motto of the 180th Regiment, and several other floats. There are shots of Camp Tiano in the snow, and a monument in memory of 2nd Lt. Apollo B. Tiano, a Filipino soldier killed in action on Hill Eerie in June of 1952. The monument was dedicated by the Philippines 19th BCT, PEFTOK.
The movie continues with footage of tanks driving on mountain roads, men using a flame thrower to burn brush, a quick glimpse of Marilyn Monroe riding through camp in a Jeep (on her famous whirlwind trip to Korea in February 1954), panoramic views of the camp, and eventually you'll see the men boarding the USNS General Wm. Weigel -- a transport ship taking them back to the USA.
Other footage includes:
~soldiers fraternizing with Korean women
~view from a train
~man posing with a human skull
