"Company Man"
Vietnam War Home Movies

Color home movies filmed by a CIA "Spook" as he traveled around Vietnam in February and March of 1967. He makes stops in Qui Nhon, Tuy Hoa, Nha Trang, Saigon, Vung Tau, Di An, Bien Hoa, Danang, Quang Ngai, Cam Ranh, and elsewhere.

You'll see footage filmed from an Air America Cessna, passing over the countryside, landing and taking off from various airstrips.
You'll also travel cross country in a Ford Bronco sharing the road with all sorts of military and civilian traffic, stopping in towns, driving down seldom-seen side-streets, filming interiors and exteriors of various warehouse buildings, ships in port, bridges, and railroad tracks. There's some curious, covertly-shot footage of a pair of shady-looking Vietnamese men eating at an outdoor cafe -- when they eventually look in the direction of the cameraman the camera slowly pans away from them. The cameraman seems to have a lot of interest in Bekins warehouses -- filming them and surrounding buildings. He occassionally makes several trips past the same building, filming from different angles. Other warehouses he films include: Virubex, Columbia Export Packers, Getz Bros., Sovimar, and more.

Other footage includes:
~aerial view of a US Army Hospital complex
~lots of road signs
~a huge tire dump alongside the road
~scenes at various airbases

The DVD has a soundtrack from AVFN radio.
Running Time: 1 hour, 11 minutes
