Color home movies filmed by a Medical Maintenance Tech. during 1966 and 1967, including footage shot in Phu Bai, Phu Cat, Qui Nhon, and elsewhere.

You'll see footage of an ARVN Basic Training Graduation, trenches, bunkers and a marked minefield in Phu Bai, and part of the base at Phu Cat.
The cameraman filmed his bunk and tent area at Cam Ranh, panning around camp. He also filmed in the town of Cam Ranh -- shops, houses, "Howard Johnson's", fishing boats in the bay and an outdoor laundry business.
In Qui Nhon you'll see a MedEvac Huey lift off and two soldiers carrying a stretcher away from another helicopter on the pad.
You'll see footage of Nha Trang -- a gleaming white Buddha on a hill, street scenes, bars (Thuy-Trang, Shariff Bar), and others.
There's also some footage of a Bob Hope USO Show in Qui Nhon featuring baton twirler Diane Shelton.

Other footage includes:

~C-130 and Skyraider
~R&R Center
~an ambulance with "Good Humor Wagon" painted on it
~aerial view from and O-1 aircraft

The DVD has a soundtrack of AFVN radio shows.
