You'll see scenes filmed on the flight line: guys checking over O-1 Bird Dog "Rikki Tikki", Hueys flying over and landing. There are aerial shots from a Birddog -- flying over a small, remote airstrip named "Phu Nhun International", filming another O-1 taking off, then flying with the other plane over the jungle, villages and Plei Me Special Forces Camp. Back on the ground, there's footage of a C-123 Provider landing, and panning shots of the camp from the landing strip. There's footage of company parties -- guys sitting around, drinking beer and barbecueing, and scenes of an energetic pet monkey bouncing around and pestering another monkey. You'll see street scenes in Pleiku, shops and civilians, long lines of Lambrettas, and Vietnamese soldiers sitting around a tree in town. On another flying mission, the cameraman is repeatedly thrown around by the pilot's quick maneuvers. There's a "Pleiku Sector" 4th of July celebration, and a change-of-command ceremony with Birddogs flying overhead with colored smoke.
