B&W and Color home movie footage filmed by a soldier serving with Co. B, 112th Engr. Combat Bn. while training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi and in England.

You'll see scenes at Camp Shelby -- guys goofing around, washing a truck, cleaning a rifle, marching, on the firing line with M1 Garrands, and training with Browning 30 cal. machine guns.
In England you'll see footage filmed while driving in London: bomb damaged buildings, a British bomber on display, civilian and military traffic, and more. You'll see soldiers marching, chow time, and training. There's a trip through the countryside with a stop at a hilltop stone monument where a large group of soldiers watch explosions in the fields below. There's footage of men in a rubber boat, camp scenes, a visit from a female entertainer, and more.

The DVD has a soundtrack of WWII era radio broadcasts -- including actual air raid recordings made during the Blitz.
